Your responsibilities will include:

Checking incoming invoices
Checking incoming credit notes
Processing delivery receipts
Creating credit notes
Preparing for invoicing
Evaluating and settling accounts

What you bring to the table:

Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics specialist, a completed commercial apprenticeship, or several years of experience in the billing field
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
Teamwork skills
Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Independent and reliable work ethic
