We are currently seeking
administrative employees (m/f/d) for our location in
Oranienbaum-Wörlitz.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for
- receiving and issuing goods,
- general secretarial tasks,
- various material procurement,
- shift planning,
- preparation of payroll (time sheets),
- entering production data, making loading time bookings, and writing cash receipts and disbursements.

  • You will operate the scale for incoming and outgoing deliveries, document and archive production and delivery quantities.
  • You will check delivery notes and be responsible for invoicing and invoice verification.
  • You will handle onsite sales.

  • You have a confident and friendly demeanor, are communicative, and enjoy working in a team.
  • You are proficient in using a PC and all common MS Office programs.
