A unique opportunity awaits at a new Japanese restaurant in Boston, as we are searching for an IT specialist to join our dynamic startup team.
An ideal candidate must have over 2 years of experience in the information system department, system operation/maintenance, or system engineer, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Business-level Japanese language skills are desired but optional.

This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation, operation, and maintenance of various IT systems used in the Company's U.S. operations. The IT specialist will handle all in-store hardware settings and installations, serve as the primary point of contact for each system department, and negotiate with local vendors. Duties also encompass setting up and troubleshooting business PCs and smartphones for staff members and managing internal information systems and software engineering tasks.
