    Visa Needed: US Citizen or GC Holder

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field
    • Ability to deliver services effectively in both Spanish and English (bilingual proficiency required)
    • Valid driver's license and vehicle
    • License eligible or Licensed (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW)
    • Ability to confidently lead a group of youth through experiential exercises targeted at enhancing emotional wellbeing
    • Cultural awareness and humility with an understanding of the way in which systems of oppression impact the mental health needs of low-income communities
    • Experience working with youth (experience working with traumatized youth preferred)

    Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

    • Previous athletic/coaching experience preferred

    Job Description:

    Insight Global has an exciting opening for a Spanish-speaking masters level clinician (licensed) to provide high-quality clinical treatment in a growing agency. Clinicians deliver group therapy to diverse populations within our sport-based group therapy program. Clinicians will provide support as needed to other clinical programming such as Therapeutic Recess and after school programs. Services are delivered in a variety of settings including schools, community-based settings, and residential treatment centers. The Clinician will be required to travel to different locations throughout the week to provide clinical services. Evening hour appointment availability and reliable transportation are required. Supervision toward licensure is provided.
