    Position Summary:

    We're on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Workday HRIS Manager to join our awesome HR crew. As a Senior Workday HRIS Manager, you'll be key in handling and fine-tuning our Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support our rapidly expanding team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer, configure, and maintain the Workday HRIS system to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
    • Review HR processes and systems to find areas for improvement, working with teams to make workflow enhancements.
    • Maintain data integrity in the Workday system, conduct audits, and create reports to aid decision-making.
    • Stay updated on Workday developments, assess new features to enhance system performance.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to HR staff and end-users on Workday system usage.
    • Implement measures to secure sensitive employee data.
    • Manage vendor relationships and service agreements to meet business objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
    • 5+ years of Workday core HCM experience; familiarity with Talent and Performance, Reporting, Recruiting, and Payroll is a bonus.
    • Experience in leading Workday projects is preferred.
    • Proven success in managing Workday HRIS systems in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
