- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- MS Teams - Engineer who knows the ins and outs of meeting rooms
- Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) in a large enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing technologies.
- Experience/knowledge working with Android, Windows, Intune, and MDM (mobile device management)

- Certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas is a plus (e
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting, endpoint management, and IT security
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of MTR configurations, settings, and user guides.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, utilization, and user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Lead and participate in MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
