We are currently seeking a Senior Solution Designer (m/f/d) at our locations in Heimertingen or Gilching, as well as for remote work.

In the field of system integration, we design and develop (highly) mobile and deployable system solutions for the digitization of armed forces. We realize highly complex, secure communication systems and integrate both blackned software products (RIDUX, XONITOR & Tactical Core) and various transmission systems (including VHF/UHF radio, Satcom, LTE), peripherals (including GNSS receivers, vehicle intercom), and other system components. The development uses model-based system engineering (MBSE) and includes state-of-the-art simulation environments in addition to laboratory/development and testing systems.

Your tasks:

Specifying technical solutions at the functional level for overall system solutions consisting of, among others, IT networks, radios, peripherals, power, and mechanics

Close collaboration with system engineering teams responsible for implementing the solutions

Cross-departmental coordination with development departments (HW/SW)

Deriving work packages based on customer requirements and
