Description
About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior AV Microsoft Teams Deployment Engineer with a strong background in audiovisual technologies to join our team.
If you have extensive experience in audiovisual as an audiovisual technician, a customer-focused attitude, and proficiency in network troubleshooting, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements8+ years of experience in the field.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) in a large enterprise environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing technologies.
Certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas, such as
Microsoft Certified:
Teams Administrator Associate, is a plus.
Strong skills in network troubleshooting, endpoint management, and IT security.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Project management experience, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
Deployment and Configuration:
Lead the installation, configuration, and testing of MTR hardware and software components in meeting rooms.
Ensure MTR systems are set up for reliable audio, video, and screen-sharing capabilities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enroll systems into Intune with appropriate conditional policies for security and compliance.
System Maintenance And OptimizationRegularly update and maintain MTR bot Android and Windows leveraging the Team Rooms Pro portal.
Monitor firmware, software patches, and security updates to maintain system health, performance, and capacity.
Proactively address any issues to minimize downtime.
User Support And Training
Provide user support for MTR-related issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and offer timely resolutions.
Conduct training sessions and create user guides to educate employees on MTR functionality and best practices.
