- Partner with product and agile delivery leaders to manage the deployment of chapter members into squads
- Collaborate with PM leaders and coaches to develop and implement a comprehensive career development framework for product management professionals, encompassing skills assessment, training programs, mentorship opportunities, and career pathing
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of career development initiatives and track progress over time
- Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to identify talent gaps and succession planning strategies within the product management function
- Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance technical, leadership, and soft skills of chapter members
- Partner with crossfunctional teams, including Agile Coaches, Agile Delivery, Experience Design and Engineering, to promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
- Drive initiatives to improve product management processes, tools, and methodologies, leveraging scaled agile methodologies
- Directly manages a mix of people managers and senior level individual contributors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- BS degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful career development programs with a scaled agile environment
- Strong understanding of agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies, such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and drive organization change initiatives
- Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CPSO), or Certified Product Manager (CPM) are a plus
- Group insurance or benefits technology experience is a plus

Southern region:
$ 159,900 - $239,900 annually
Central region:
$168,600 - $252,900 annually
Northern region:
$180,200 - $270,300 annually
If you are a Colorado resident, the salary range for this position is $152,600 - $228,900 annually.
If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is : $180,200 - $270,300 annually.
If you are Washington resident, the salary range for this position is $168,600 - $252,900 annually.
The full range minimum and maximum listed in the job posting is tied to the GCF level and job family.
In addition to salary, this position is eligible for incentive awards based on individual and business performance as well as a broad range of competitive benefits.
