Night Club ManagerPosition Overview:
The primary responsibility of a Manager - Nightlife is to manage operations of nightlife venues and to provide leadership needed to ensure world class lounge and nightclub experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain knowledge of reservations, events, and all liquor brands; characteristics
The Manager - Nightlife in day to day functions of the nightlife venue.
Manages assigned operational functions within the venue consistent with the strategic plan and vision of Inferno Nightclub
Manages and monitors fiscal budget, operations of the venue and marketing strategies to produce both short term and long term profitability for Inferno
Manages the delivery and measurement of guest service within the venue consistent with the company's core service standards and brand attributes.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages Human Resources responsibilities for the venue to include: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company's diversity commitment; compliance with company policies, legal requirements.
Operate within the budget and identify new ways to improve the development of the business.
Develop short and long-term financial and operational plans in support of the overall objectives of the company, and monitor and maintain performance, and product and service quality
Advocate preventative maintenance and security functions that protect physical assets and personal safety of employees and customers
Develop staff skills to enhance department effectiveness and manage resources to eliminate excess cost or unnecessary expenditures.
Safety is an essential function of this job.
Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
21+ years of age, proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years' experience as a Nightclub Manager in a bar/nightclub environment.
Demonstrated client relations success is essential
Must be able to set clear objectives and manage time effectively
Ensure the highest quality service
Emphasis is on customer service and constant interaction with guests.
Can perform basic mathematical calculations.
Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
Previous guest relations training.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to:
Lift or carry 20 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks, as assigned.
Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.
Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with guests, management, other team members, and outside contacts.
Ability for prolonged periods of time to walk, stand, stretch, bend and kneel.
Work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
