- Lead recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team
- Drive membership and personal training sales to achieve revenue goals
- Maintain cleanliness, value, and member satisfaction within the fitness center
- Set and communicate financial goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide motivation and guidance to staff
- Handle member service matters and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Monitor facility maintenance needs and ensure operational procedures are followed
- Work directly with members to promote personal training and supplements
- Ensure accurate administration of member programs and workout sessions
- Achieve monthly revenue objectives through effective sales strategies
- In-depth knowledge of personal training techniques and fitness center operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum 2 years of health/fitness employment experience
- Minimum 1 year of health/fitness center management experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in management/employee relations and sales - preferred
