    Description

    Lead Solutions Architect

    The Lead Solutions Architect will perform a variety of tasks, including coding as a senior member of the development team, analyzing complex problems, coaching individuals, and communicating with non-technical staff at all levels. This role offers an annual bonus ranging from $150K to $175K and is open to remote applicants.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide hands-on technical leadership in developing and enhancing digital services for CCA's constituents.
    • Collaborate with Business SMEs, Product owners, and leadership to understand and influence business requirements.
    • Lead business discussions, create business requirements, and process documents.
    • Create architectural analysis and documents for development teams.
    • Act as a technical authority in meetings, evaluate technical proposals, and make implementation recommendations.
    • Develop user-driven prototypes, write tests, code, and documentation.
    • Present and justify solution architecture design to stakeholders.
    • Identify gaps in solutions and work with stakeholders to address them.
    • Ensure external vendors' system architectures are robust, scalable, and secure.
    • Advise on and manage agile delivery projects, provide guidance and training.
    • Prepare technical reports for management and manage special technology projects.
    • Conduct cost analyses and vendor comparisons, recommend systems investments.
    • Collaborate with Enterprise/Solution Architects on Architecture Governance Board activities.

    Experience Required:

    • 7-10 years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Governance.
    • Strong Azure experience.
    • Experience with enterprise multi-tenant SaaS applications.
    • Experience in data pipeline (ETL and Streaming).
    • Experience in healthcare data and regulations.
    • Experience in leading solutions architecture initiatives.
    • Proven experience in presenting architecture to leadership and developers.
    • Experience in defining integration patterns, standards, and best practices.
    • Healthcare background.
