Specific responsibilities that should be evaluated for the Solution Architect position include:
At least 8 years of technical experience with healthcare enterprise systems, including solution architecture and vendor SaaS solution integration.
Understand enterprise architectural initiatives and guard rails that will guide the overall solution architecture for the program.
Translate enterprise guidelines into concrete architectural decisions based on program and vendor constraints, timelines and dependencies.

Understand the data domains the program will depend on including specific data sets needs to be exchanged and synchronized between systems.

As these data exchanges are defined, guide decisions about the technologies, transmission mechanisms and transformations required to keep data in sync in the most efficient and timely manner.

Facilitate discussions, decision making and design reviews across multiple technical teams to optimize integration points. This will include balancing enterprise architecture, program and individual team priorities and constraints.

Take ownership of problem definition and solutioning when technical issues and system/data requirement gaps arise, which require input from multiple technical teams.

Identify and manage technical interdependencies between multiple technical teams.
Work closely with project managers to sequence activities across technical teams.
Facilitate complex decision making across technical teams when priorities, assumptions, constraints and/or goals do not align. In such cases, ensure program interests take priority.
Actively participate in program level meetings including status, project plan, RAID and change management reviews.
Assist with steering committee / executive sponsor meeting preparation including summarization of key technical issues, risks and dependencies.
Assist technical teams to scope and estimate new work requests.
Manage and coordinate system + data analysis activities across multiple work streams and analysts. Identify dependencies and ensure this analysis is aligned across work streams.

Ability to summarize and lead conversations with business partners and program lead teams that describe options, risks, and cost/benefit tradeoffs when multiple technical solutions need to be evaluated.

Ability to identify and articulate complex technical integration decisions, limitations, dependencies and plans to project team members and business partners.

Builds strong working relationships with business partners, project managers and IT functions.

Ability to analyze business process improvements with a focus on understanding the supporting technical processes, problems and solutions as they relate to current and future state.

Bachelor's degree or higher

High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above

Salary Range:
$155, $189,750.00


The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
