What you will achieve with us:

You have a high level of reliability and accuracy and enjoy supporting colleagues with data and facts? Then we can count on you.

You take responsibility for the monthly payroll with SAP R/3 HR: You create it independently, taking into account applicable tax and social security regulations, collective agreements, and company policies.

Your expertise is reliable:
You support and advise employees and managers on all social security, tax, and labor law issues.

Communication is not a foreign word for you: Managing correspondence with authorities, social security institutions, and health insurance companies.

Administrative tasks:
Taking into account applicable collective agreements (preparation of employment contracts, contractual changes, and employment references).

You enjoy working closely with others: Especially with different internal interfaces such as the Recruiting Center, HR partners, and works council.
