Are you looking to take on responsibility and shape the changes in property management?


We are in the process of building the most innovative property management company in the central Ruhr area and are looking for reliable and experienced support in our accounting department.


Responsibilities:

  • Accounts receivable and payable accounting (posting, payment runs) in compliance with legal regulations in the area of condominium accounting
  • Responsibility for accounting with correct posting and verification of all payment transactions and monitoring of liquidity within the managed properties
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Preparation and creation of utility, operating, ancillary, or heating cost statements
  • Debt collection and dispute management
  • Recording and maintenance of master data
  • Independent correspondence and response to customer inquiries via the owner portal

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate clerk (m/f/d)
  • Professional experience in condominium accounting
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel) and ideally experience with a common real estate software (we use Immoware 24 and casavi)
  • Analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers
  • You possess a high level of loyalty, reliability, and resilience
