Your responsibilities:

Application and (further) development of processes for the assembly and connection technology of optoelectronic modules and assemblies for laser communication terminals
Selection and application of suitable assembly and connection technologies
Development of concepts suitable for series production
Development, implementation and operation of measurement equipment for the control and characterization of optoelectronic components, modules and assemblies
Participation in reviews with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. design, engineering or customers)
Creation of documentation (mostly in English)

Your qualifications:

Completed degree in microsystems technology, optoelectronics or a related field
Several years of professional experience in a relevant environment
Indepth knowledge of optomechanical design
Indepth knowledge of joining processes for optical and optoelectronic components (e.g. lenses, mirrors, photodiodes)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
