    Established in 2007, Element Electronics began with a simple belief - every household should have access to TVs featuring cutting-edge technology. In 2014, we took our commitment further by opening a factory in Winnsboro, SC, making Element the sole major television company assembling TVs in the United States. Presently, we continue to challenge ourselves, expanding our product range to include electronics and home appliances, while consistently providing customers with products showcasing the latest technology, all at affordable prices.

    The Marketing team at Element Electronics continues expansion due to continued company growth and success. The Marketing Associate will champion the day-to-day product content and social media for Element Electronics & TYTUS Grills. To succeed in this role, the Marketing Associate will be able to balance creative and analytical thinking, handle many diverse projects simultaneously and have a desire to learn a wide range of marketing functions.

    Product Content & Website Management

    • Manage product content on owned websites
    • Coordinate with marketing and creative team for website asset creation and timelines
    • Map digital assets and all marketing information to retailers, keeping products up to date and accurate
    • Own Salsify, Sydigo and product information management - working with cross-functional partners for product information
    • Syndicate enhanced content and product documents to applicable retailers
    • Manage and create material for the Element blog
    Social Media & Community Management
    • Identify opportunities, leverage knowledge of social media platforms and their capabilities to create strategies and dynamic content
    • Develop ideas and translate those concepts into compelling and engaging content, in conjunction with creative team, consistent with our brands' voice and tone to grow our presence on multiple social platforms
    • Create and manage social platform specific assets and execute content calendars across brands
    • Assist in management and analysis of paid, owned and earned social data across platforms and tools that provide insight-driven recommendations, optimization and decisions
    • Participate in real-time community listening and conversations on behalf of the brand
    • Maintain and share awareness of emerging social trends and tactics
    Brand, Communications & Analytics
    • Plan and implement marketing and advertising activities as assigned
    • Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and assist as needed in upholding brand standards
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Prepare regular reports summarizing marketing performance from multiple data sources and partner with marketing team to identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline?.
    • 0-2 years relevant experience.
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong multitasking and problem-solving acumen, with the ability to think critically and propose creative solutions.
    • Resourceful, detail oriented and an extremely organized self-starter.
    • Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Enthusiasm and passion for developing brands.
    • Knowledge of, and willingness to learn, holistic brand marketing planning and execution.?
    • Familiarity of digital marketing and best practices to effectively communicate cross functionally.?
    • Understanding of reporting and analysis to draw insights to share with manager and leadership.?
