    Position Overview:

    As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth. Your role will involve identifying and securing new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our comprehensive mitigation and reconstruction services to individuals and businesses affected by water and fire damage.

    What You'll Do:

    Client Acquisition:

    Proactively identify and target potential clients through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.

    Research potential clients' needs and develop tailored mitigation solutions.

    Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.

    Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate damage and recommend solutions.

    Promote our brand at local networking events.

    Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with our capabilities.

    Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance professionals, and stakeholders.

    Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

    Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

    Collaboration with Operations:

    Coordinate and schedule mitigation projects with the operations team.

    Provide detailed project requirements to ensure successful execution.

    Work closely with the General Manager/owner on strategic planning.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details.

    Generate regular sales performance reports and contribute to sales forecasting.

    What We're Looking For:

    Proven sales experience, preferably in water and fire mitigation or a related industry.

    Strong understanding of mitigation processes.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    Self-motivated and results-driven.

    Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

    Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and client meetings.

    Professional appearance and outgoing personality.

    Valid driver's license, good driving record, and clean criminal background.

    Education & Experience:

    High school diploma required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
