    MARKETING ASSOCIATE
    We are searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic marketing professional to join our team. This role involves overseeing marketing initiatives and supporting sales endeavors. The ideal candidate should excel in both independent work (as a self-motivated individual) and collaborative team settings, thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Plan and execute demand generation marketing activities
    - Create and manage social media campaigns across all platforms

    Copywriting for entire brand:
    - Generate ideas, develop concepts and text
    - Oversee content creation from concept to completion
    - Conduct market research and competitive analysis
    - Implement innovative strategies for key markets
    - Develop plans to boost dealer sales and brand value in evolving conditions
    - Manage assets such as media kits and pricing materials
    - Ensure content accuracy through verification processes
    - Optimize advertising strategies for efficient marketing
    - Track and report on marketing budgets
    - Update content to align with marketing improvements
    - Assist in analyzing and managing pricing structures
    - Coordinate marketing team efforts as a project manager
    - Support graphic design with product visuals
    - Enhance customer user experience and brand consistency
    - Aid in SEO optimization and web accuracy
    - Report to Director of Sales & Marketing on daily activities
    - Maintain product knowledge and educate sales teams and customers
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide insights
    - Problem-solve and offer practical solutions
    - Assist with tradeshow coordination and represent sister brands
    - Perform additional assigned duties as needed

    Qualifications
    - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
    - Minimum of 2 years of successful marketing experience
    - Strong writing skills across various formats
    - Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
    - Proficiency in analyzing data and making strategic decisions
    - Business acumen with leadership aspirations
    - Familiarity with industrial industries and distribution models is a plus
    - Experience with various tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, ERP and CRM systems, and Microsoft Office is advantageous
