About the Role:

As a Paid Social Manager at beBee, you will lead our paid social media strategies, focusing on crafting high-impact campaigns that drive both brand awareness and measurable results.

This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to manage campaigns effectively across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative paid social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Manage substantial advertising budgets, ensuring optimal spend across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid social campaigns with ongoing promotional or branding strategies.
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and report on ROI and KPIs to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in social media advertising technologies and practices.

Experience and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
Proven experience as a Paid Social Manager or similar role with strong track record in managing social media ad campaigns
Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms & tools & ability to utilize them for creating engaging & effective campaigns
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting data & adjusting campaigns for maximum effectiveness
Strong communication skills & ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
