About the Role:


As an Accountant at beBee, you will play a critical role in managing our financial records, including expenditures, income, budget allocations, and financial planning.

Your expertise will ensure financial accuracy and provide the stability needed to support our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting tasks such as ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations and invoice processing.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting by giving insights into financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements as well as financial auditing.
  • Work closely with the finance team to implement and improve financial systems and controls.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field. CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in accounting or related field with strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to manage complex data
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to work under tight deadlines
