    Real Estate Assistant - Greenville, United States - Find Great People | FGP

    Description

    A commercial real estate investment company in Downtown Greenville is seeking a Real Estate Assistant. This administrative role supports daily operations for the office. This is a direct hire role with a full-time, 100% onsite schedule.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform front office tasks such as welcoming guests, answering phones, etc.
    • Schedule and prepare office for appointments, meetings, and catered events
    • Handle inventory of office supplies
    • Organize and file documents
    • Generate reports and spreadsheets
    • Coordinate internal and external events
    • Manage company website and charity platform
    • Coordinate investor gifts and tracking

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2+ years of professional administrative experience
    • Warm, engaging demeanor
    • Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
    • High technical aptitude

    Benefits and Compensation:

    • $50,000 - $60,000
