- Support the VP of Preconstruction and Senior Project Managers in various project-related tasks.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to facilitate project progress.
- Handle contract administration tasks, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
- Implement and maintain efficient project management processes and systems to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide project updates, address issues, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize project performance and maximize profitability.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the AEC industry, with a focus on contract administration and project management, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with commercial and residential real estate projects is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for processes, systems, and efficiency improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
