    Who we're looking for

    We're seeking a seasoned Product Director to lead our Growth initiatives network-wide. You'll own strategy and roadmap for growth across our portfolio of shopping properties, emphasizing AI, machine learning, SEO, and gamification as core strategies to boost user satisfaction and engagement, increase conversations, create more personalized experiences.

    As a provider of AI-driven social shopping experiences for consumers, SEO, user-generated content, and inbound marketing are key growth drivers for our business. The Director of Product for Growth will play a lead role in driving our product strategy to maximize inbound traffic and conversions, utilizing AI throughout our technology stack to improve content quality, run experiments, and provide greater personalization for users.

    What you'll do

    • Oversee multiple consumer destination websites and apps to build growth roadmaps emphasizing inbound traffic growth, conversion optimization, and affiliate revenue growth.
    • Design and run inbound growth experiments. Develop growth hypotheses backed by data insights, design experiments and prototypes with Design and Engineering, run tests and analyze data, iterate prototypes, develop insights, scale viable ideas in production.
    • Collaborate closely with SEO and Marketing teams to grow overall inbound traffic based on search trends, e-commerce trends and seasonality, inbound search intent.
    • Launch growth-driving features across our network of shopping properties.
    • Ensure our products are optimized for growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize user satisfaction, UX performance, product quality, and technical SEO performance.
    • Collaborate with internal affiliate partnership and data science teams to optimize click yields across our affiliate partners. Oversee Product for Nexus, our internal affiliate data management platform.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure inbound growth strategies align with overall product objectives, growth strategies, and company business goals.
    • Collaborate with internal AI teams to ensure AI-based workflows are performant and aligned with our product experience and growth objectives. Be at the forefront of AI, utilizing the latest AI tools to accelerate your work and maximize work quality and output.

    About you

    • 8+ years in a quantitative growth-oriented product management role.
    • Expert level ability to design, run, and scale growth experiments. Experience collaborating with data science to build and run machine learning models to achieve growth goals.
    • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets to develop user and business insights to drive product decisions, inform growth hypotheses, and drive overall product strategy.
    • Strong understanding of inbound digital marketing, organic search, and keyword optimization. Familiarity with SEO, e-commerce, and affiliate marketing are important assets for this role.
    • Deep experience in consumer web product management. Ability to craft product strategy and vision for consumer digital products spanning web, mobile, desktop, social, and AI.
    • Specific experience working with large language models (LLMs) and related data systems such as RAG and vector databases to build generative AI product features and experiences is a strong plus.
    • Strong PM fundamentals. Experience defining requirements, grooming backlogs, running Agile processes, managing engineering processes.

    About the job

    • Starting base salary range: $200,000 - $325,000 DOE.
    • Stock options: 0.40% to 0.60% initial grant.
