- Utilize strong sales skills to meet Revenue Growth Goals by increasing exposure to distributors within the territory and with Key Accounts.
- Make Sales Presentations aiming to create sell through and distribution of Goldstar products.
- Build and leverage relationships with key territory distributors, understand how each goes to market, and integrate Goldstar products into their distribution channels.
- Position Goldstar as a core partner in the writing instrument, drinkware & bag categories. Overcome partnership barriers.
- Travel for sales presentations, meetings, and trade shows as required.
- BS or BA with at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in account management
- Passion for sales and excellence in customer service
- Knowledge of selling promotional products and services
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Quick and effective problem-solving skills
- Driven by results and goals
- Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Regular travel for presentations, meetings, and trade shows in the assigned territory
- Schedule meetings with key distributor partners regularly
- Build relationships with distributors, understand their market approach, verticals, and key accounts
- Stay informed on all accounts in the territory to maximize growth potential
- Deliver the company's value proposition and maintain product knowledge
- Analyze sales regularly to exceed revenue goals
- Collaborate with management to strategize for territory growth
- Participate as a team member of the outside sales team
- Collaborate with Inside Sales to exceed goals
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Generate new opportunities and cross-sell creatively
- Help solve distributor challenges
- Qualify larger opportunities and provide competitive price quotes
- Document customer interactions in Salesforce
- Create engaging presentations and assist in marketing collateral creation
- Plan and exhibit at trade shows within the territory and national shows
