    Job Description

    Why work with us? As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you have a key role in shaping and delivering end-to-end solution architectures. You own the entire solution journey, focusing on top-notch quality and effectiveness. Collaborate with business partners to craft technical solutions, lead Salesforce teams, and make ideas a reality.

    Responsibilities:

    • Take charge of the full solution journey from start to finish.
    • Develop and supervise an efficient delivery process for optimal outcomes.
    • Negotiate technical ideas with business partners persuasively.
    • Plan and implement data entities, Apex classes, and Lightning components for app development.
    • Guide and mentor Salesforce teams for successful project outcomes.
    • Promote innovation and best practices in Salesforce solutions.
    • Collaborate across teams for effective Salesforce solution deployments.
    • Stay informed on the latest Salesforce tech and best practices.
    • Offer technical guidance to project teams and clients.
    • Agile and proficient in Salesforce products.
    • Understanding of business processes, system enhancements, Salesforce AI, and Einstein logic.
    • Extensive knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Clouds, and CPQ functionalities.
    • Excited to fulfill immediate business needs through Salesforce with a low-code/no-code approach.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
    • At least 15 years of experience with Salesforce platforms.
    • Proven expertise in designing and deploying intricate Salesforce solutions.
    • Thorough grasp of Salesforce structure, data, and security models.
    • Hands-on experience with Sales and Service cloud setups.
    • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce tools.
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Capability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
    • Strong leadership and mentorship qualities.
    • Experience in Tableau.
