- Strategic Product Insights : Share actionable findings and recommendations with leadership to guide product development, marketing messaging, and competitive strategies.
- Information Management : Leverage competitive intelligence tools (e.g., Klue) to centralize knowledge, ensuring easy access for relevant teams.
- Monitoring all Internal Channels : Coordinate compete channel coverage and response across Slack, Salesforce, Highspot and Email.

- 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or a related field within the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing observability solutions or similar complex technologies (cloud, IT infrastructure, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences
- Self-starter mentality with an insatiable curiosity and drive to unearth insightful information.
- Experience with competitive intelligence platforms like Klue is strongly preferred.
