    Lead delivery of multiple large PLM projects preferably within the aerospace industry. (onshore and offshore teams)

    • Develop and maintain a strategic vision for Digital Transformation programs.
    • Drive Automation initiatives to improve productivity and project profitability.
    • Identify and select the right talent for the project, this includes the planning and forecasting.
    • Manage and mentor Team Managers and ensuring the appropriate and relevant internal program governance mechanisms are in place.
    20+ years' experience handling large PLM Engagements leading 50+ employees (onshore & offshore)
    Strong experience building rapport with client stakeholders and internal stakeholders.
    Strong project experience with 3D Experience (3DX), Delmia, Apriso, and Catia
    Experience recognizing and identifying trends and issues to drive service improvement solutions used in PLM implementations.
    PMP/PgMP and PLM certifications are highly desirable.

    • Ability to work with multiple Vertical and horizontal and manage internal complexity is the critical success factor for this role.
