We are currently seeking a
Project Manager (Deputy PM) with an active Secret Clearance as part of an ongoing contract in Washington, DC.

_This is a full-time, hybrid role three (3) days on-site two (2) days remote AFTER TRAINING._
The Project Manager (Deputy PM) will support the management and coordination of IT projects for government and commercial clients. They will work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

Primary Duties:

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project goals are met within established timelines and budgets.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues early and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Coordinate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project objectives and expectations.
Track project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations, summarizing project status, risks, and recommendations.

Qualifications include:

MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or related field.
Experience with leading and managing IT projects from initiation to closure.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred certifications/education:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
