    Welcome to our team! We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our organization.

    Job Summary:
    Join us in the role of Human Resources Coordinator, where you will play a crucial part in overseeing and executing all human resource department projects and processes within the company.
    Working closely with our Human Resources Director, your responsibilities will involve handling various HR tasks such as recruitment, training, and maintaining employee records.
    The ideal candidate must possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a friendly disposition.

    Human Resources Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with the Human Resources Director on all HR initiatives
    • Support the HR Director in enforcing company policies
    • Manage the company's schedule and arrange necessary meetings
    • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new employees
    • Organize employee orientations and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
    • Update and maintain employee information using HRIS
    • Monitor employee benefit plans and ensure compliance with regulations
    • Coordinate employee performance reviews and terminations
    • Provide training materials to employees as needed
    • Verify accurate payroll processes
    • Address and resolve employee concerns
    • Maintain confidential employee records
    • Adhere to HR processes and regulations
    • Serve as a resource for HR-related inquiries from employees
    • Assist with special HR projects
    Human Resources Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications:
    • Comfortable with high visibility roles
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Strong time-management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively
    • Attentive listener and proactive thinker
    • Strong HR process understanding
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Professional and accountable demeanor
    • Previous experience in administration and coordination
    Work Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday
    • Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Hourly Pay Rate: $ $ (DOE)
    • Overtime and weekend work may be required
    • Location: Buena Park, CA
