    Description

    Great Wolf is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the HR function to ensure the success and growth of the organization's most valuable asset - the Pack.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Greets employees and addresses inquiries promptly.
    • Facilitates communication across departments for a positive work culture.
    • Manages front line recruiting and onboarding activities.
    • Assists in handling Pack inquiries about benefits and other HR-related matters.
    • Provides training for new Pack members and leaders.
    • Supports training programs and coordinates online learning initiatives.
    • Handles administrative duties and HR reporting.
    • Participates in organizing pack events and promoting team recognition.
    • Communicates effectively and offers feedback to support Pack Member development.
    • Demonstrates knowledge of employment laws.
    • Manages staffing needs and open job requisitions.
    • Provides administrative support for HR, payroll, and operations.
    • Maintains human resource records and handles Pack Member requests.
    • Maintains confidentiality of HR information.

    Basic Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum of 1 year HR or related experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Passing criminal background check and drug screen.
    • Enthusiastic with strong multi-tasking abilities.

    Desired Qualifications & Traits:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
    • HR certification or specialized training.
    • Prior experience in hotel/resort industry.
    • Experience with HR Technology.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
    • Able to bend, stretch, and twist.
    • Able to stand or sit for extended periods.
