Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet dealership sales targets
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals
Train and mentor sales staff on effective selling techniques and customer service skills
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to provide a seamless customer experience
Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a management or leadership role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Knowledge of state and federal automotive sales laws and regulations
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
