Right Now Roofing Branch Manager / Sales Manager Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch and ensure the smooth running of all activities.
• Develop, with ownership, and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Hire, train, and mentor sales staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
• Deal with escalated customer issues and conflicts that the sales team cannot resolve.
• Build and maintain longterm relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with other branches to share best practices and promote a consistent approach to sales and customer service.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to be on your feet for long stretches at a time.

$80, $150,000.00 per year
