    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to oversee and optimize our company's operational functions.

    The Vice President of Operations will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and leadership within the medical device and health care services industry.


    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth.
    # Operational Leadership:
    Provide strong leadership and direction to the operations function
    # Regulatory Compliance:

    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations and ISO standards, to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

    # Budget Management:

    Develop and manage departmental budgets, closely monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or efficiency.

    # Risk Management:

    Identify and mitigate operational risks, proactively addressing any potential issues that may impact product quality, delivery timelines, or customer satisfaction.

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    # Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management within the medical device industry.
    # Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence, implementing process improvements, and achieving measurable results.
    # Strong understanding of supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance principles in a regulated environment.
    # Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements governing medical device manufacturing and distribution.
    # Demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets, allocate resources, and optimize operational performance.
    # Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    # Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
