Supply Chain Specialist (Milpitas, CA)
We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for a global B2B high-tech company.

In this role, you will be accountable for the development, planning, execution, and management of various activities related to materials and inventory control for materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.

Examples include logistics coordination, shipping/receiving, distribution, storage of materials, and cycle counting programs.

This is a 3-month (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role. This is an on-site role in Milpitas, CA.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, at the nonexempt level, inspection; order fulfillment; shipping; kitting; movement of materials; ensuring physical inventory and maintaining designated inventory records using various material tracking systems; and scheduling work for designated areas of operations, compiling data for reports; and statistical analysis.
  • Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope.
  • Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
  • Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies.
  • Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain.
