****About the Role****

Our operations team is growing and we are looking for simulation drivers to operate our test vehicles and collect data on our AM shift (6:00am to 2:30pm) or PM shift (2:00pm to 10:30pm). You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our talented robotics and software engineers to help advance our technologies and ultimately our future product roadmap.

****About the Work****

Safely operate Nuro test vehicles as equipped for typical drivers up to 8 hours a day, 5-6 days a week on public residential roads in various weather conditions

In addition to driving, you will also ride as a passenger in our vehicles and record significant observations in a clear manner

Collect data and troubleshoot in a variety of real world situations, while providing detailed and accurate feedback to our engineers

Conduct daily vehicle pre-inspections prior to leaving facility

****About You****

You possess a valid US driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience

You have a clean driving record and pass a criminal background check

You are available to work consistently through the weekend

You are responsible, dependable and have an acute attention to detail

You are able to work independently or in small groups and for periods without direct supervision

You are able to sit and drive for long periods of time with regular breaks

You have a passion and interest in new technology and a customer-service oriented attitude

You have the flexibility and willingness to occasionally work different shifts (AM, PM, weekend) as needed

You have a willingness to travel domestically as needed (up to 25%)

Data entry and fast typing skills will be useful
