    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Tax, or related field
    Minimum of 7 years of related experience
    Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred
    Masters in Tax preferred
    CPA preferred


    Duties Include:
    Provides tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory services to the organization
    Successfully research and resolve complex tax issues, apply findings to projects, and clearly communicate those findings to leaders and executives
    Prepare domestic income tax compliance
    Prepare quarterly and year end income tax provision
    Assist with implementation of tax planning projects
    Complete tax correspondence with various tax agencies
    Responsible for calculating quarterly estimated tax payments
    Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations, review and ensure timely filing of federal, international, and state and local tax returns
    Analyze and respond to tax notices for all tax types and jurisdictions and assist with gathering supporting documentation for income tax and indirect tax audits
    Subject matter expert in corporate, partnership, individual or trust and estate taxation required; prior experience working with large, multi-state, clients preferred
    Full Charge Bookkeeper

    for clients with over 3 million in revenue
    Assist in helping manage the tax department in training
    Review the work from the junior staff and approve journal entries as needed
    Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
