- Assist in designing and conducting experiments to support ongoing research projects.
- Collect and analyze data using a variety of scientific techniques and equipment.
- Contribute to the development of new methodologies, protocols, and technologies.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot experimental challenges and optimize processes.
- Keep accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
- Present findings and progress updates to the R&D team in internal meetings.
- Stay up to date on relevant scientific literature and advancements in the field.
- Adhere to safety protocols.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Engineering, etc.).
- Strong academic background with coursework or experience in research methodologies, laboratory techniques, and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience with laboratory equipment and procedures is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with computer software for data analysis and visualization (e.g., MATLAB, Python, Excel, etc.) is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for scientific exploration and a desire to contribute to meaningful research projects.
