- Perform diagnostic tests and repairs on Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles according to manufacturer's specifications
- Utilize electronic testing equipment to accurately diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical system issues
- Complete all repairs and maintenance tasks within the allocated time frame
- Ensure all work is performed correctly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair options
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety guidelines and policies
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills through training and certification programs
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Level II, III, or IV certification as a CDJR Technician or extensive experience working on Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram vehicles is required
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair procedures for Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

McSweeney Chevrolet GMC/ CDJR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Technician to join our team in Clanton, Alabama.
As a Certified CDJR Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles to ensure our customers receive top-quality service.

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 + per year, based on experience and commission.
