    Job Summary

    Assistant General Managers lead our teams in providing our guests with the most exceptional experience in Southern Hospitality.Assistant General Managers work with the General Manager to develop and lead a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability in our restaurants, by maintaining a customer centric culture. They do this by ensuring our teams greet guests with a genuine smile and warm and inviting spirit.

    Essential duties for an Assistant General Managers may include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Always maintains highest personal and professional appearance.
    • Creates and implements plans that ensures flawless execution of Bojangles standards.
    • Interviews, hires, and trains Team Members and Managers.
    • Builds an inviting culture in the store, a place where our team members feel respected and valued.
    • Leads Bojangles quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management.
    • Coaches and guides team members and Shift Managers to solve problems.
    • Accepts payments from guests and makes change correctly.
    • Explains menu and answer product questions for all guests.
    • Bending, kneeling, standing and lifting (up to approximately 25 lbs. as necessary).

    Qualifications:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Cheerful and Positive Attitude
    • Loves Serving and Helping Others
    • Dependable and reliable
    • Enjoys and values Teamwork
    • Prior cash handling experience.
    • Prior supervisor experience and ability to work 50 hours per week.
    • Prior experience using Microsoft products.

    El Asistentes del Gerente General, lidera a nuestros equipos de trabajo para que ofrezcan a nuestros clientes la mejor hospitalidad y experiencia posible. Asistentes de los Gerentes Generales apoyan y lideran a sus equipos de gerentes y colaboradores para aumentar el trfico de clientes, ventas y rentabilidad en nuestros restaurantes, manteniendo una cultura centralizada en el cliente. Ellos logran ese objetivo, asegurndose que nuestros colaboradores reciben a los clientes con una sonrisa genuina y hacindolos sentir como invitados.

    Labores esenciales para un Asistente del Gerente General incluyen, pero no se limitan ha:

    • Siempre mantienen un apariencia profesional
    • Entrevistan, contratan y entrenan colaboradores y otros gerentes.
    • Se aseguran de ejecutar sin errores los estndares operacionales de Bojangles.
    • Promueven en el restaurante una cultura de respeto, donde nuestros colaboradores se sienten apreciados.
    • Ayudan a recibir el pago de clientes por la compra realizada.
    • Explican como preparar y servir los productos/alimentos que cumplan con nuestros estndares de calidad.
    • Ayudan en mantener el restaurante limpio y organizado, de tal manera que es atractivo para los clientes.
    • Agacharse, levantarse, estar de pie, levantar pesos de hasta 25 libras

    Requisitos:

    • Mayor de 18 aos.
    • Entusiasta, con actitud positiva
    • Gusta de servir y ayudar a otros
    • Persona en la que se puede confiar
    • Disfruta y esta dispuesto a trabajar en equipo
    • Experiencia en el manejo de cajas registradoras
    • Con experiencia en supervisar empleados, y capacidad de trabajar al manos 50 horas a la semana.
    • Experiencia en el manejo de aplicaciones Microsoft
