    Parker Aerospace is currently seeking a Digital and IT Senior Business Analyst to join our team. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business outcomes and have a knack for collaborating with cross-functional teams, this could be the perfect role for you.


    Responsibilities:

    • Leads or co-leads complex digital and IT projects to ensure timely delivery of business results
    • Conducts business and system analysis to identify technology gaps and propose solutions
    • Evaluates existing technology to align with business requirements
    • Assists in training and supporting business team members on IT needs
    • Communicates project updates and decisions to stakeholders
    • Manages multiple priorities and resources effectively
    • Provides technical support as needed, including after-hours assistance

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
    • 4+ years of IT experience
    • Strong business analysis and project management skills
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office
    • Understanding of cyber security best practices
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
    • Experience in PC support and troubleshooting

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality Systems
    • Industry-recognized IT certifications
    • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile practices
    • Proficiency in MS Power BI and Lean tools
