Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in SAP Success Factory HCM and commission projects. The role involves working onsite in Akron, OH on a hybrid basis. Additionally, we are looking for a Business Analyst proficient in working with implementation providers, conducting UAT testing, and possessing strong communication skills.

The Analyst's responsibilities include requirement gathering, business process design, developing use cases, testing, and providing post-production support for business applications. Experience with xStore POS is a must.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Strategy & Planning:
- Conduct business analysis, systems design, and project management for medium to large application development projects.
- Determine business functional requirements through various interview and facilitation techniques.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop solutions aligned with business needs.
- Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders.
- Gain expertise in the change request process.
- Research and suggest new tools and technologies to enhance project performance.
- Stay updated with best practices and industry trends.

- System Implementation:
- Create and maintain project deliverables such as entity model diagrams, detailed program specifications, and project plans.
- Monitor project progress, resources, and costs to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Communicate project status, scope, issues, and risks to the project team.
- Maintain accurate project information in standard project tracking tools.
- Conduct unit and systems testing.
- Ensure adherence to standards and methodologies for project design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Participate in technical reviews to validate design.

- Operational Management:
- Oversee system support to identify, track, and resolve system issues with users, technical resources, and vendors.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications are a plus.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in xStore POS.
- Advanced knowledge of business process workflows.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle concepts.
- Strong understanding of Store Operations and Point-of-Sale software.
