    Job DescriptionDescription:

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, basic facility maintenance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations. In the logistics realm, you'll be picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. You'll manage backstock, conduct regular audits, and triage incoming items. Inventory control movements and timely restocking on the sales floor will be part of your routine. On the facility operations front, you'll perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, support ongoing projects, handle materials, and collaborate with the cleaning staff.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to drive an F150 with an attached trailer and a box truck (required)
    • Solid woodworking, basic mechanics, and construction skills
    • Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and maintenance tasks
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 51 pounds.
    • Proven experience in logistics, shipping, and receiving roles (preferred)
    • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as directed by supervisors and managers
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for projects
