About this position

Welcome to the HARIBO IT world. With your expertise in POS systems, you will act as a link between the IT operations department and our HARIBO shops in Grand Isle. You will play a crucial role in our extensive IT organization, ensuring a fun shopping experience for our HARIBO fans.

What you can expect:

You will handle the receipt of new hardware, prepare it through installations, and send it to our HARIBO shops in Grand Isle.
If there are any hardware defects in our national HARIBO shops, you will act as a solution-oriented support and resolve the issues sustainably.
You will also be responsible for IT roll-outs in our stores, including creating service requests for network and firewall configuration for new store openings.
As a team player, you will also provide advice and support to our colleagues and customers.

Qualifications:

You have completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a similar qualification.
You have professional experience in POS system administration and retail technology.
You have in-depth knowledge of Windows, as well as experience in Active Directory, policies and permissions, and PowerShell scripting.
Additional experience in image and software distribution using MECM is a plus.
