    The Duran Golf Club is currently seeking a Marketing & Membership Coordinator. In this role, you will provide support to Duran Golf Club, specifically membership maintenance. You'll act as a liaison between Duran Golf Club and its members answering inquiries, providing invoices, and collecting payment.

    As a Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for brand awareness, carrying out developed marketing plans, and identifying and creating social media content.

    Additionally, you'll maintain social media channels, develop social media campaigns, identify areas of opportunity for additional outreach, and manage print/digital advertising campaigns.


    Responsibilities:
    Process membership applications, renewals, and resignations.

    Maintain and update membership records keeping in contact with Golf Operations on membership status of current, past, and future members.

    Collect data, track membership statistics, and prepare reports.
    Maintain the Duran e-mail database and add new contacts as they are received
    Interact with management and lead staff daily. Actively seeking content for social media
    Develop and implement communications/social media campaigns
    Oversee the Duran/Tradewinds social media presence, promoting golf tournaments, programs, and events, including those held at Tradewinds Restaurant. Additionally, market club membership programs and develop community-focused initiatives
    Track sales data, manage inventory of promotional materials, coordinate meetings, upkeep databases, and compile reports. Conduct research on the competitive landscape of public golf clubs, identifying emerging trends and potential new programs or opportunities
    Respond to public and member inquiries, directing calls and e-mails to proper departments
    Assist with administrative functions for other departments as directed

    Requirements:
    High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree - Preferred
    5+ years of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    Experience with 10+ line phone system
    Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
    Demonstrate attentiveness and patience when assisting customers
