Corestream ) is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for marketing communications where you will assist with partner and third-party communication deliverables, including email marketing, slide decks, and direct home mailers.
You will also provide support in executing and tracking marketing campaigns.Location
Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL, but with a significant population of remote employees based all over the country, being based in Tampa is not a requirement to apply
Responsibilities:
Create and distribute weekly marketing collateral, such as emails and newsletters.
Collect, create, and update content for marketing campaigns, including managing approvals, timelines, and proofs with internal and external stakeholders
Measure and analyze performance of marketing campaigns
Collaborate with carriers to gather and organize marketing content
Proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
Balance attention to detail with ability to swiftly execute campaigns
Collaborate with other departments, such as product and sales, to create cohesive marketing materials
Recipe for Success:
Proficiency with online tools (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office preferred)
Detail and data-oriented with ability to analyze and report on data
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
