- Develop and implement new fundraising strategies to enhance campaign visibility and attract fresh supporters;
- Cultivate and strengthen existing and new donor relationships to optimize fundraising opportunities and enhance supporter loyalty;
- Collaborate on impactful communication strategies across various channels to promote fundraising and capital campaigns;
- Contribute to brand development and awareness through innovative digital marketing, social media engagement, community events, and sponsored activities;
- Organize events and activities to boost community engagement, attract new supporters, and increase revenue.
- Lead the development, execution, and upkeep of marketing and communication plans;
- Establish marketing budgets and timelines for campaigns, press releases, and related activities;
- Oversee the design and review process of marketing materials to ensure consistent branding and messaging;
- Manage communication on social media platforms and the organization's website;
- Administer fundraising activities via NLS' CRM system;
- Coordinate annual fundraising events and campaigns;
- Implement best practices for creating compelling content across various channels;
- Edit video and online content for publication on the website and social media platforms;
- Develop procedures and policies to meet marketing and communication needs across different departments at NLS;
- Contribute to the visual appeal of publications and digital materials;
- Monitor and evaluate fundraising campaigns and communication goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Communications, or related field;
- Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, advertising, design, or communication;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and Word Press;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail;
- Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities, including event planning;
- Creativity to develop unique marketing approaches;
- Excellent collaboration, inspiration, and relationship-building skills.
