- Administer ticketing platform and box office duties

- Implement social media marketing plan
- Content creation, production, and publication of social media reels
- Ensure proper and timely promotions of events and sponsorship information
- Build and maintain all active web pages, google calendars, google pages ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Deactivate outdated or irrelevant web pages
- Coordinate with events and sponsorship to ensure web pages have accurate representation
- Provide customer service through management of customer comments and inquiries submitted through our social media channels
- Creation and publication of monthly newsletterPromotions:
- Implement events and promotions
- Maintain promotional calendar, planning promotional aspects at minimum one month prior to event
- Brainstorm event and promotion ideas across all properties and aspects of business
- Assist marketing and event staff, as needed
