Sloan, NY is a small town located in the state of New York. It is home to the Volkswagen Automobile Hamburg GmbH, which was founded in 1904. This company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Group Retail Deutschland and a subsidiary of Volkswagen AG.

Currently, we employ approximately 550 people at various locations in the Hamburg area, representing the brands Volkswagen, ŠKODA, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Controller / Backoffice (m/f/d) to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and monitoring budgets in close coordination with the marketing management
Checking and coding incoming invoices
Processing advertising cost subsidies with manufacturers
Acting as a point of contact for advertising material production, orders, and location signage
Assisting with the implementation of advertising campaigns and events

Requirements:

Completed commercial apprenticeship

- (First) experience in (marketing) controlling

Commercial and analytical understanding
Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel
Structured, conscientious, and goaloriented work style
Strong affinity for numbers and key figures
High level of teamwork and cooperation, dedication, and organizational skills

- "Hands-on" mentality
