As a (Senior) Global HR Business Partner at Waite Hill, OH, you will play a crucial role in implementing HR processes and programs across our global organization.

Reporting to the Head of HR Functions, you will work closely with business leaders, HR teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with our organizational objectives and values.

This position requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of global HR practices and regulations, as well as exceptional communication and influencing skills.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translating them into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Leading the implementation and ongoing management of HR processes and programs, such as talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Conducting regular assessments of HR practices and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all HRrelated matters and serving as a Business Partner for global functions.
  • Partnering with global HR counterparts to share best practices, leverage resources, and ensure global consistency.
  • Leading or supporting global HR projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function and across the organization.
  • Providing solid recommendations for decisionmaking on all relevant HR topics in your area.
  • Consolidating and analyzing global HR data to derive insights and recommendations for action.

Profile:


  • You hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • You have at least 6 years of experience
